People are important – that’s why I have focussed my energy and experience into supporting people to successfully navigate challenges and changes in their lives and careers. Much of my experience has been gained in the education sector, and I have also coached leaders in IT, engineering, and many other areas of business.
Currently I am working freelance as a coach and mentor, with individual clients. As a leader in education, as a former Headteacher, I saw how important it was to listen and support people in their different roles, helping them to flourish, whether as teachers, pupils, parents, or governors, or other school leaders.
